Design, manufacture and dispatch

As all our items are made to order dispatch can vary accordingly.  For large orders a dispatch date and delivery method can be arranged to suit the customer. Depending on the large order size we usually require 10-14 days notice as an absolute minimum. Contact us via info@radcreates.co.uk to get info on the feasibility of order times as seasonal fluctuations in business can have a significant impact on our scheduling of work.

With regard our pre-designed moulds, we aim to dispatch within 3 days from receipt of order and payment.

Our custom mould design dispatch times can vary depending on the order. When an order has been raised we will keep the customer informed during every step of the process to make sure that the final mould design meets their requirements. Most designs can be turned around in 10-14 working days. The number of moulds ordered will impact this.

All items are posted via royal mail 2nd class postage as standard though the customer does have the option of upgrading the postage method or choosing an alternative courier if required.
