We have the ability to quickly scan an existing object to turn it into a 3D computer model using professional 3D scanning equipment.

We can do this as part of our mould design workflow or as a seperate service in itself.

The 3D model files can be scaled and manipulated in any way to achieve your desired result. The image below is an example of a scaled 3D scan. The small bear is 30mm tall.

We use a number of professional level 3D printers as part of our work process. We have Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) printers and Stereolithography (SLA) printers. These printers are capable of producing very fine detail, particularly the SLA printer which has a 'jewellery' level of detail.

In addition to producing moulds our printing facility can be used to develop prototypes or just create a 3D Model of a design or concept you may have.

In conjunction with our 3D scanning, design and printing experience, we can reverse engineer existing objects. This would allow the possibility of creating moulds to produce replacement parts etc.
